Logistics warehouse built in 1993 in a large independent plot located in La Selva del Camp, it was the former DIA’s logistics center. The property has been built with metal structures, concrete enclosures and a sandwich-type roof. It is 10 meters high and features 29 side and front loading docks. The facilities are divided in three different storage areas: an ambient temperature room, a cold temperature room and a freezing temperature room. The plot has perimeter fencing, access control and allows circular traffic of cars and trucks.
