Art Deco building designed by Pere Casellas in 1904 and strategically located in one of the main commercial streets of the city of Reus, in its historic heart. The building features a commercial premise at street level, three apartments distributed in three levels and a community terrace. Known as Casa Laguna, its imposing facade covered by glazed ceramics combining different techniques, from broken tiles (trencadís) to simpler serialised coatings, stands out. The prominence of the wrought iron of the balconies is also striking.
